glimpse: EVER GREATER | Chasing success, recognition and records by means of being ever greater, better, wealthier, prettier and higher might just thin you out and make you look awkward; much like the tallest palm trees in the world at Valle de Cocora in Colombia.

Medellin / Colombia · 2012   "Where do you live?" I asked the kid while we looked down from this futuristic gondola onto sheet metal and dirt roads. "Down there", he said. "Are the people living there unhappy with their situation?” I asked. "Why? They have a roof and something to eat. It suffices them,” he literally said.
