Hey there my utterly devoted and cherished readership,
What’s new with you, you ask? Well, let me tell you. I’ll even keep it short this time. Very short. I promise.
After a sunny and fluffy autumn in Spain, I spent Christmas at home for the first time in 7 years. In one word: cozy. Familiar. Nostalgic. Warm. Delightful. Happy. Full.
I caught up with family and friends, and rediscovered the wintry ways of my home.

After some weeks, I headed towards Canada in late January. It turned out that my airline had gone bankrupt a couple of months prior without feeling the need to notify me of that little mishap. Only by chance I found out a day before my flight. On the bright side – my hastily arranged new route allowed me to arrive in my beloved Montreal 5h earlier.

So Canada it is for now! Being back in one word: joy. Love. Memories. Snow.
glimpse: DECISIONS, DECISIONS | Decisions, decisions. They matter. And yet, it's not the decision that defines our happiness, but how we look at it in retrospect. Sheltered by optimism, our fickle mood finds comfort in every road taken; riddled with pessimism, every fork has but two negative outcomes.
