What is your return policy?
Returns can be requested via email within 14 days after an order is received. For an item to be returned, it must be in the same condition you received it in and include the original packaging.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the case of damaged products, you are eligible for an exchange. Claims must be made via email within 14 days after receiving your shipment. Please hold on to the original packaging.
Can I return products I don't like?
Should you be unhappy with your order, you can return it for a refund within 14 days after receipt, as long as it is in the same, undamaged condition you received it in. Shipping expenses are not covered by the refund.
How do I request the return?

How does the refund work?
Once your returned product is received, you will be notified. If the item is in its original condition, a full refund will be issued and your original payment method will be credited.
