What type of information does MilesAstray collect?

 

You may visit MilesAstray without providing any personal details. Your personal details will only be collected if you freely disclose them during your visit. The only information that MilesAstray collects is your email address, if you choose to disclose it voluntarily by signing up for the newsletter or using the contact form for making a request.

How does MilesAstray collect information?

 

  1. Newsletter: to receive the MilesAstray newsletter, you need to enter your email address in the sign up form in the footer. It is then stored for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter. After unsubscribing from the newsletter (link within each newsletter), your information will be erased.

  2. Contact form: when using the contact form on MilesAstray, you can do so without providing your name or any other personal details. You do need to enter your email address to receive a response to your request.

 

How does MilesAstray store, use, share and disclose your information?

 

MilesAstray is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

How does MilesAstray communicate with site visitors?

MilesAstray only contacts you by email for the following purposes:

  1. To send you the newsletter, if you choose to sign up for it

  2. To answer any request you make through the contact form or directly via email
