queen of smiles (limited edition print) · Kitende / Uganda · 2017
This print is part of my collection "life, love, and that whole humanity shebang" which celebrates my 13th rebirthday and travel anniversary with 13 previously unpublished prints in limited editions of 13, signed and numbered, in a 13”x13” (33x33 cm) square format.
13 years ago, I traded home for the world. A great deal, if not without sacrifice. What started out as a one-year baby-trip is now a teenager. Just enough time to learn 13 little lessons about life, love, and that whole humanity shebang. I shared these half-baked brain muffins here, and each one is accompanied by a print to drive that lesson home.
